2022 Bob Gray, Marshall University for his 37 years as a college coach and leadership in a number of initiatives that changed the way coaches and players were selected for postseason honors and how teams were seeded and bracketed for the national tournament. He created the NAIA’ s first Senior Bowl All- Star Game. He compiled a career record of 445-204-40 at Marshall, the University of Mobile and Alderson-Broaddus College.
2023 Becky Burleigh, University of Florida for her 31 seasons as a college coach and her service to intercollegiate women’ s soccer. She compiled a career record of 513-160-46(. 745) at Berry College in Georgia and the University of Florida. In addition, she has served as as a mentor for the United Soccer Coaches 30 Under 30 Program and has presented as a clinician at over 20 conventions.
2024 Bob Warming, University of Nebraska-Omaha for his 44 seasons as a college coach and his service to men’ s intercollegiate soccer. He compiled a career record of 485-270-89(. 626) in 44 seasons at eight different institutions( Transylvania University, Berry College, University of North Carolina-Charlotte, Creighton University, Old Dominion University, Saint Louis University, Penn State University and Nebraska-Omaha). In addition, he was also instrumental in designing the soccer stadiums at Saint Louis and Creighton, solidifying the sport’ s importance in each community.
