30 under 30 program
United Soccer Coaches takes great pride in highlighting the best and brightest with our 30 Under 30 Program. The 30 Under 30 Program is a year-long education and mentorship opportu-nity for a special group of 15 male and 15 female coaches who are leading the way in developing soccer players and enhancing the game.
The program is designed to give participants exposure to mentorship, and the opportunity to take advantage of educational offerings and the United Soccer Coaches Convention.
Active members under the age of 30 are eligible to apply for the 30 Under 30 Program.
New 30 Under 30 Class Members are announced in the Fall.
