Rob Herringer has served as the Director of Coaching Education at United Soccer Coaches since September 2023.  He has over 20 years of experience at the youth, high school and college levels as a coach and director. He holds the United Soccer Coaches Master Coach Diploma and was recently named the recipient of the Mike Berticelli Excellence in Coaching Education Award from the Association.

I’m thrilled to welcome you to the United Soccer Coaches Member Club Program! As someone who’s passionate about the growth and success of coaches at all levels, I couldn’t be more excited that your organization has chosen to join us. With this program, your coaches will have access to an incredible range of resources—from online courses and eLearning tools to hands-on, in-person coaching development.

What excites me the most is that we’re here to support your entire organization. Whether your coaches are just starting out or are seasoned veterans, we have something valuable for each of them. And it’s not just about the tools and resources—we’re part of a community of over 600 youth soccer organizations who, like you, are dedicated to shaping the future of the sport.
