Who is in attendance and what are the attendance numbers like ?

We typically have 300 exhibitors that come from all over the world and across all diverse types of product categories . We have 250 education sessions at the Convention with around 14,000 – 15,000 attendees who are all members . And who also come from all over the states and world . Our typical breakdown is about 45 % youth coaches , 30 % high school coaches , and 20 % college coaches that attend .

Is wireless internet service and power provided for my booth ?

No . Internet and power needs are not included in your package . These will need to be purchased through Shepard . They will have an order form for these items in the Exhibitor Service Manual . This will be released later in the year .

Are meals provided for exhibitors ?

Meals will not be provided by United Soccer Coaches . We encourage you to bring a water bottle and to keep a look out for our emails that will help navigate you to the nearest water stations and restaurants . This information will be provided closer to the Convention .

Can exhibitors attend the Convention educational sessions , networking events , or other activities outside of the exhibit hall ?

Yes , if they have purchased a package that includes an attendee badge . Or if they purchase an attendee badge as an add-on . Otherwise , no , this is not an item that is included . Attendee badges are non-transferable and can only be used for one company team member .

When will we receive housing information ?

For the 2024 Convention , to be placed on the show floor , exhibitor rooms must be purchased through the association ’ s room blocks . Exhibitors are the first to gain access to the hotel blocks . Expect an email with more detailed information and the process to be sent in June 2023 .
